- Avoid allergic smells and smoke and remember to wear a mask when going to such places.
- Maintain healthy eating habits, and eat fresh, unpacked food like green leafy vegetables. Also, avoid eating junk foods.
- Avoid staying in a very bright or dim light for a long period.
